Animals travel under the responsibility of their owner once a ticket has been purchased. Dogs are not permitted on seats and must be kept on a lead. Category 1 and 2 dogs must wear a muzzle; muzzles are available for purchase at ferry terminals for €4 if you do not have one. Cats and other small animals must travel in a carrier or basket.
Penn Ar Bed Shipping Company reserves the right to refuse boarding to any animal whose behaviour could pose a risk to passengers. Admission on board does not absolve the passenger in charge of the animal of liability in the event of aggression or damage of any kind caused by the animal.
